Akshita manages compliance and operations. Her role comprises oversight of policy implementation and compliance related matters, including regulatory (SEBI and RBI related), administrative, IT, ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) and HR (including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

She has 5+ years of experience in client communication and investor relations in the hospitality and media industries. She holds an MBA (major in finance and minor in marketing) from IBS School Gurgaon (ICFAI). Akshita is an avid reader and an artist in her free time.

Deep Gajra

Before joining Cactus, Deep was a Senior Associate at Physis Capital, a US$ 50 mn early-stage venture fund, where he was involved in sourcing and evaluating startup investments across sectors. Earlier, he worked at Deloitte as an Audit Senior, where he handled statutory audits for various financial services clients.

Deep is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA Charterholder, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics. Outside of work, Deep is passionate about financial markets, and enjoys playing football and badminton in his free time.

Prashant Hingad

Prashant has 6+ years of experience in Finance. He has been the Head of the Treasury Function at Cactus Communications Pvt Ltd, where he managed the investment portfolio and handled foreign exchange risk management for the company.

Prior to joining Cactus Communications, Prashant was a member of the Central Treasury at Reliance Industries Limited. Prashant is a Chartered Accountant and has cleared CFA Level I.

In his free time Prashant enjoys swimming, watching sports and playing cards.

Prashanti Shivalenka
–Manager, Investor Relations

Prashanti has experience as an Associate Vice President at Capital Connect Advisors, a Singapore-based boutique Investment Bank. Before her stint with Capital Connect, Prashanti worked with Steer Advisors in Mumbai and Argyll Partners in London. Prior to her move into Investment Banking, Prashanti started her career as a programmer and researcher with ICRISAT (UN-funded International Research Centre) and Queensland University of Technology.

She received her Master’s degree in Finance from the University of London and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Outside work, Prashanti enjoys listening to jazz and classic rock, plays squash, and loves visiting art galleries.

Rahul received his master’s degree in Hydrocarbon Engineering and bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
